Classes

All Yoga Moves West classes are designed to be inclusive with absolute beginners and experienced yoga lovers all welcome. Variations are tailored to suit the needs of different bodies and skill sets. No matter your age, fitness or flexibility, our classes allow you to work at your own pace.

Vinyasa Flow

​

A general class suitable for both beginners & experienced yogis, as we come together and practice moving and breathing at our own pace. Classes generally start with a breathing practice that then moves into a series of yoga poses that synchronises breath and movement, and always finishes with a nourishing relaxation and mini-meditation.

Seniors Chair Yoga

​

Class specifically designed for older adults looking to start moving again in a gentle and supportive environment. Taught with a wide range of variations and modifications, students can adapt the poses to suit their own personal needs.

We bring the floor to you and all postures are performed seated. 

Yoga to You

​

We bring "Yoga to You", wherever that may be - the office, school, sporting club, restaurant, hospital, retirement village - wherever you are we can be too. Whether it is a special one-off workshop for a special event (like a Hen's Day!), or a series of classes, we love working alongside you to help fulfill your vision.  

Private Yoga

​

A private yoga class allows you to ask all the questions you don't often get a chance to in a general yoga class - perhaps about breathing, alignment, pose variations suitable for your body, or maybe you'd like to delve a little deeper into meditation - in a private class we can address and focus on what interests you.
