Vinyasa Flow
Our general-level Vinyasa Flow class is designed to welcome both beginners and experienced students. Each class typically begins with breathwork, then moves into a flowing sequence of yoga postures, and finishes with relaxation and meditation to leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and restored.​
Mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps are available for use, so no matter your age, fitness, or flexibility, you can feel supported throughout your practice. At Yoga Moves West, we are here to guide you as you move, stretch, breathe, relax, and simply take time to be still.
